Admission requirements

Students wishing to access the master’s program must certify that they hold a university degree, as established in Royal Decree 822/2021 (published on September 28), in Article 18 Access and Admission to Official Master’s Degree Programs

  1. Possession of an official Spanish undergraduate degree (Grado) or its equivalent is a requirement to access a Master’s program, or, where applicable, to hold another Master’s degree, or degrees of the same level as the Spanish Grado or Master’s degree issued by universities and higher education institutions in a country of the EHEA, provided that in that country such degrees allow access to Master’s level studies.
  2. Similarly, persons holding degrees from educational systems outside the EHEA that are equivalent to a Grado may access a Spanish Master’s program without needing to have their degree officially recognized, but the university must verify the level of training it represents, provided that in the country where the degree was issued, access to postgraduate studies is allowed. Under no circumstances shall access via this route imply official recognition of the previous degree nor its recognition for purposes other than enrolling in the Master’s program.
